Are you passionate about inclusion, empowerment, and the transformative power of sport? Become a volunteer and join us in organising the 2025 IPC Athletes’ Forum from 23-27 June at the Sportschule Wedau in Duisburg!  

This is more than just an event — it’s a global gathering of more than 100 athletes' representatives from around the globe. As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting this event, gaining unforgettable experiences, and becoming part of a Movement that celebrates diversity and inclusion.

• What tasks and days? 

• Monday, 23 June 
• Attend arriving participants at the welcome desk  
• Support the shuttle service at Düsseldorf International Airport and Duisburg main train station 
• Help improve the accessibility by installing hand bars and shower chairs into bathrooms 

• Wednesday, 25 June, and Thursday, 26 June 
• Support the event, especially during coffee breaks and lunch, by helping participants find their way through the buildings, and any other suitable tasks.

• Friday, 27 June 
• Help collect, clean and pack hand bars and shower chairs, as well as with other suitable tasks on the departure day.  
• Support participants as the depart
